Contract details

 

Is there a limitation to using  hausify START free of charge?

hausify START allows you to work with up to 50 living units completely free of charge during the first 12 months after registration. After that hausify START will be charged at  0.50€ / month and registered living unit, but not less than 15€.

Is there a minimum contract duration?

No. You can end your contract at any time  with 30 days notice effective end of a month. I.e. if you notify us of your termination October 27th, the contract ends November 30th.

Can I switch between the different packages?

Yes. You can switch at any time in both directions. You will be charged pro-rata for the month in which the switch occurs. I.e. if you switch from START to PLUS on April 16th, you will be charged 50% * 0€ and 50€ *49€ = 24.50€ for April.

When exactly will I be charged?

Your payment to hausify is due at the beginning of each month. hausify issues invoices on the last working day of the previous month.

Payments are due with receipt of invoice.

Which payment methods are available?

Straightforward: bank transfer upon invoice or SEPA debit note.

Payment by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) as well as PayPal and Klarna will be available with the next updates.

How can I terminate my contract with hausify?

The contract can be terminated with 30 days notice effective end of the month. Termination needs to be submitted in written form, by mail, email or within the app.

 

Login, support and training

How can I get a hausify account?

Simply register via hausify's webpage - in no more than five minutes. Check our short video on how to register.

I cannot login anymore, what do I need to do?

You can retrieve your password on the login page. hausify will send you an email, with which you can assign a new password. In case this does not solve the problem, please send us a short email at hello@hausify.de

How and at what times can I reach hausify's support?

You reach our support at hello@hausify.de. We reply as quickly as possible, usually within 24h at most.

How can I book trainings for my team?

hausify works on all operating systems and is responsive, i.e. will be auto-formated on mobile devices (smart phones and tablets) automatisch an. You only need a device with a sufficiently fast internet connection and an up to date internet browser.

How can I  get updates and new  features?

All updates are provided automatically, you do not need to download anything. New features are being introduced automatically as well. Some new features may require you to actively book or order the feature though.

Do I have to install hausify on my computer?

No. We recommend to place a link on the homescreen of your smart phone and your desktop computer though.
